  • 本整合性研究由環境科學領域 (含環境醫學、環境教育、自然環境經營等)、健康科學領域含運動醫學和體能等)、心理科學領域(含健康心理學、神經心理學、認知科學、青少年心理學等)的學者,帶領高中職的自然科學教師與輔導教師從物理、化學、生物、地球科學、健康與體育等後期中等教育的科學領域出發,建構對青少年身心健康的科學教育課程。

  • 本研究將以PBL 模式建構兩套課程,分別是環境身心科學課程與自我身心科學課程。課程內容由生活實境出發,著重於個體能夠理解、操作、體驗或監控的相關變項與健康議題,目標是建構全人觀點的身心課程,實踐科學與科技知識對「人」本體的意義。
  • 本整合性計畫以三年為期。總計畫之外,另包括三個子計畫。總計畫負責推動PBL 模式、追蹤師生身心變化、掌握師生自主學習(Self-Directed Learning)之過程、參與研究之主觀想法與改變、研究方式之規劃與行政協助,以及進度追蹤。子計畫一之目標在於建構「環境身心科學課程」,逐年分目標是課程內容發展、實作與實驗模組、教學實驗、以及課程推廣。子計畫二之目標在於建構「自我身心科學課程」,逐年分目標是課程內容發展、體驗與實驗模組、教學實驗、以及課程推廣。子計畫三之目標則是逐年追蹤兩套課程的課程評鑑、實驗研發評估與 素材研究、以及推廣效益研究。

This is an integrated research proposal composed of subjects in different fields, including environmental sciences (environmental medicine, environmental education and management of natural resources), health sciences (sports medicine and physical fitness) and psychological sciences (health psychology, neuropsychology, cognitive science and adolescent psychology. The investigators as well as the senior high-school teachers majoring natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, earth sciences, health and physical education) and counseling will develop two new science curriculato promote the physical and psychological health of senior high-school students.

The novel curricula will be devoted to environmental biopsycho-science and individual biopsycho-science respectively, in order for the students to apprehend, perform, experience and monitor the correlating factors of environment to individual in improving the self well-being. Theyare then expected to appreciate the holistic significance of such a health curriculum, and to realize that one of the major goals of science and technology is to promote human health.

This proposal will be conducted in three years including a main project and three sub-projects each year. The sub-project 1 is aimed to promote the PBL program, develop the curriculum of environmental biopsycho-science, to construct the content and experiment and to implement it into formal curriculum. The sub-project 2 is aimed to develop the curriculum of individual biopsycho-science, to construct the content, for the students to experience and to implement it into formal curriculum. The sub-project 3 is a meta-study of sub-projects 1 and 2 aiming to assess the contents, the experiment designs, the consequence of different teaching scenarios, the research validity and the outcome analysis of promoting such a curriculum.
